About me
I perceive icons as the place where man encounters God, the Spirit encounters matter, and the East encounters the West.
I mastered the art of icon-writing at the Saint Lukas Workshop in Cracow, under the supervision of Father Zygfryd Kot. My further education was connected with the Christian East Study, operating at the Dominican Monastery in the Służewiec District of Warsaw. Special gratitude should be owed to Mateusz Środoń – the founder and animator of the Study.

I’m the co-founder and member of the Agathos Group, dealing with icon-writing and aiming at bringing both the spiritual and physical beauty closer to contemporary people.
I took part in a variety of exhibitions, including an international exhibition entitled “The Icon of Today” in 2008, which accompanied the scientific session devoted to this subject matter. Apart from painting, I deal with pedagogical therapy. I graduated from the Academy of Special Pedagogy in Warsaw. Furthermore, for many years I was fascinated by photography.
